FOR SELF-CATERING HOLIDAYS
The cottage and barn are situated on our farm in the heart of East Sussex. The cottage is a self-contained portion of our farmhouse and Cannon Barn is a converted 1824 Sussex Wheat Barn. The conversion took us, in all, 6 years, we feel we have kept the barn atmosphere but with the comforts people require.
We are a small working farm with sheep also we have 3 small ponds on the farm and a stream running through so if you are inclined to fishing you are very welcome to use them. There is Carp in the ponds and Brook Trout in the stream. There are also footpaths in the area (there is one running across the farm) so if it is walking you like there are plenty to choose from.
At the end of your walk there is nearly always a pub to quench your thirst and a meal to fill the enormous appetite you will have built up. There are many pubs in our area to choose from with a variety of menus to tempt all tastes. Please look at the other links for photos and further information.
