Access Statement

Approach By Car:

When you reach the village of Horam there will be signposts for Vines Cross, From the direction of the village turn right into Vines Cross Road, when you come to the T Junction turn left, go past a garage on the left and pub called the Brewers Arms on your right. We are the second signpost named farm you come to on the right, go over the cattle grid and straight down the lane and you will see the barn which is situated right at the bottom of the lane. You will be met on arrival.

Approach By Train:

The nearest train stations are Etchingham, Stonegate, Uckfield or Polegate depending on which area you are from. You can order taxi's from the station to Cannon Barn all these stations are between 8 – 10 miles from Cannon Barn.

There are buses to and from the village of Horam which is approximately 1.5 miles from Cannon Barn.

Parking:

Parking is available for 2 cars beside Cannon Barn with closed 5 bar gate, there is also ample parking for other cars in front of the property both are hard standing.

Main Entrance:

The main entrance is through a 5 bar gate along a concrete path to the front door, there is 1 step. There is external lighting all around the property.

Ground Floor:

The Ground Floor is all on one level except there is one step down from kitchen to 5th bedroom.

First Floor:

The First Floor is accessed by a staircase which is situated in the front hall. Access to all rooms on the first floor is on one level. There are stairgates for both the bottom and top of the stairs.

Garden:

The garden area is fully fenced and is accessed from the ground floor on one level. The garden mainly down to grass with flower borders and some tubs, there is post and rail fencing around the garden. There is a patio outside the French Doors, also a supply of garden furniture is available as well as a Gas BBQ which is to be found in a shed to the side of the building. The garden is mostly flat but gently slopes towards the post and rail fence.
